Job 31:19–20 (ESV)

19 if I have seen anyone perish for lack of clothing, or the needy without covering,

According to Eliphaz, Job had stripped the poor of their clothing (Job 22:6). Job now swears that he has done the opposite: he has clothed those who suffered from cold and nakedness.
