Commentary on Job 26:6 (Summary)

Job 26:6 (ESV)

6 Sheol is naked before God, and Abaddon has no covering.

Bildad had asked, Upon whom does [God’s] light not rise? (Job 25:3). Job’s answer is, No one! Even the mysterious realms of death and destruction (in Hebrew: Sheol and Abaddon) are fully known by God.
