What is the context of verse 22?

Leviticus 27:22 (ESV)

22 If he dedicates to the LORD a field that he has bought, which is not a part of his possession,

Leviticus 25:22 introduces the scenario where a man dedicates to the Lord a field that he has purchased from another. It must be remembered that the buyer does not become the full owner of the land, he is only renting it. In Israel, land rights belong to the original owner as the property reverts back to him in the Jubilee.
