How are the woman's teeth like a flock of shorn ewes?

Song of Solomon 4:2 (ESV)

2 Your teeth are like a flock of shorn ewes that have come up from the washing, all of which bear twins, and not one among them has lost its young.

She has a perfectly matched set of teeth that are white.1 Also, a flock that is clean and healthy (not one among them has lost its young) tells us that the woman projects a sense of vigour and purity.2
