2 “Should a wise man answer with windy knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?

Eliphaz has no more feeling left for Job. He starts his speech with a harsh rebuke. Job had said that he has as much wisdom as his friends (Job 12:3). However, says Eliphaz, Job’s words have proved quite the opposite. A wise man would not have spoken such empty thoughts. Job’s ideas are nothing but wind.
