What is the outcome of the flight described in Isaiah 21:13–15?

Isaiah 21:16 (ESV)

16 For thus the Lord said to me, “Within a year, according to the years of a hired worker, all the glory of Kedar will come to an end.

The message is not hopeful for the Arabian tribes. According to the years of a hired worker means that there was a specific time limit set for Kedar. After that, their time of glory would be over, and their power would be destroyed.
