What does Isaiah say about the Moabites' pride?

Isaiah 16:6 (ESV)

6 We have heard of the pride of Moab how proud he is! of his arrogance, his pride, and his insolence; in his idle boasting he is not right.

The Moabites were well known for their haughtiness. Isaiah says that everyone—including God—knew about this pride. Therefore, if Moab were to come to Judah, they would have to repent and turn away from this arrogance.
