Who are the brothers with whom the tribe of Manasseh must divide their plunder?

Joshua 22:8 (ESV)

8 he said to them, “Go back to your tents with much wealth and with very much livestock, with silver, gold, bronze, and iron, and with much clothing. Divide the spoil of your enemies with your brothers.”

This refers to the children, women, (and elderly men?) who were left behind east of the Jordan when the fighting men left for battle (Deuteronomy 3:18–19; Joshua 1:14).
