Praising God

Psalm 30:1–12 (ESV)

1 I will extol you, O LORD, for you have drawn me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me.

David tells us to praise the Lord and not trust in our own strength. Praising God means that you step out of your own world and into God’s world. You see him as the beautiful and mighty king.
