Why did this mighty angel call out with a loud voice?

3and called out with a loud voice, like a lion roaring. When he called out, the seven thunders sounded.
A loud voice is used to attract attention. Land and sea have countless inhabitants (see Psalm 8:7–8). Every creature in sky, land, and water must take note of what this mighty angel has to say on behalf of his divine sender.
