Revelation 8:9 (ESV)

9 A third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

Hurricanes and cyclones devastate coastal regions in the warmer parts of the world each year. Tsunamis have repeatedly occurred in particular regions of the world and will continue to occur at unpredictable intervals, until Christ’s return in glory.
