Did the disciples' fear go away when the storm stopped?

Mark 4:41 (ESV)

41 And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”

Where they were afraid during the storm, they are now terrified. Jesus has not made their fear go away; he has increased it and made it worse.
