Judges 4:1–5:31 (ESV)

1 And the people of Israel again did what was evil in the sight of the LORD after Ehud died.

This cycle consists of two halves, Judges 4:1–24 and Judges 5:1–31. Chapter 4 retells events in almost entirely human and natural terms, the second in supernatural and extraordinary terms.1
