One of the ways that Paul likes to talk about the new lifestyle, the new walk, is in terms of a repentance from sin—to turn from sin and embrace godliness. Let me give you a clear example of it. In Romans 6:13, Paul could not be more practical:

Let there be sweetness and life—the gospel and encouragement and love—come out of your lips. What about your eyes? Well, do not look at the things you used to look at. Look at the things of God. He takes the whole body—so practical. Just look at it all. No longer for sin, now for godliness, because you have been bought. You no longer belong to yourself.1
