Who was the high priest?

Haggai 1:1 (ESV)

1 In the second year of Darius the king, in the sixth month, on the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came by the hand of Haggai the prophet to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest:

The translation Joshua (the) son of Jehozadak, the high priest (ESV, NASB, NIV, NRSV) could be read as saying that Jehozadak was high priest. But Zechariah 3:1 and Zechariah 3:8 clearly indicate that the high priest was in fact Joshua. Jehozadak is linked through Zadok to Aaron (1 Chronicles 6:1–5, 1 Chronicles 6:14–15).
