Where was the threshing floor of Nacon?

2 Samuel 6:6 (ESV)

6 And when they came to the threshing floor of Nacon, Uzzah put out his hand to the ark of God and took hold of it, for the oxen stumbled.

This is the only mention of this threshing floor in the Bible. Since threshing floors were often places of sanctity (see 2 Samuel 24:16, 2 Samuel 24:18, 2 Samuel 24:21, 2 Samuel 24:24–25; Genesis 50:10; 1 Kings 22:10; Hosea 9:1), it is possible that the threshing floor of Nacon may have been a holy site.1 Unfortunately there is no way of knowing exactly where it was on the journey between Baale-judah and Jerusalem.
