Job 34:5–6 (ESV)

5 For Job has said, ‘I am in the right, and God has taken away my right;

Here Elihu gives the specific claim of Job that he wants to put to the test. Job has accused God of denying him justice. Again, Elihu is not blindly accusing Job of past sins. He speaks on the basis of what he has heard Job say (Job 9:20; Job 16:9; Job 19:6; Job 23:10–16; Job 27:2).
