Commentary on Job 27:7 (Summary)

Job 27:7 (ESV)

7 “Let my enemy be as the wicked, and let him who rises up against me be as the unrighteous.

Job’s friends have made themselves his enemies, accusing him of all kinds of sin. Job wishes that they would be punished for this wickedness (since they themselves are convinced that God punishes wickedness).
