What is referred to by a just ephah and a just hin?

Leviticus 19:36 (ESV)

36 You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin: I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

An ephah was a measure of capacity used for grain. Similarly, a hin was a measure of capacity for liquids.
