Why does Moses repeat the necessity of wearing linen garments?

Leviticus 16:32 (ESV)

32 And the priest who is anointed and consecrated as priest in his father’s place shall make atonement, wearing the holy linen garments.

The high priest must wear the linen clothes that are only worn on the Day of Atonement. These are the ordinary, yet holy, clothes for the day.
