6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel

Emphasize the fact that the gospel is about life and death. Apart from faith in Jesus Christ, there is no salvation. We must do everything in our power to be in the place where this message is proclaimed and to preserve this message from corruption.
