In what way is her beloved to her a cluster of henna blossoms in the vineyards of Engedi?

Song of Solomon 1:14 (ESV)

14 My beloved is to me a cluster of henna blossoms in the vineyards of Engedi.

Henna blossoms have a strong and pleasant fragrance. They are also shaped somewhat like the male sexual organ. These blossoms come from the vineyard of Engedi, a famously fertile oasis on the western shores of the Dead Sea. This imagery therefore carries strong overtones of both eroticism and fertility.1
