Psalm 148:13 (ESV)

13 Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.

The beginning of this verse is identical to Psalm 148:5. However, the motivation is different: only his name is exalted. By naming earth and heaven, this verse brings to our attention the fact that one can see God’s majesty everywhere in creation. As in the preceding part, several elements of this are mentioned. This verse can be seen as a summary and a conclusion.
