Commentary on Job 12:6 (Summary)

Job 12:6 (ESV)

6 The tents of robbers are at peace, and those who provoke God are secure, who bring their god in their hand.

Real life does not comply with the simplistic views of Job’s friends. Violent thieves live safely in their homes, while a believer like Job sits among the ashes. The counsel of God is not as transparent as Job’s friends make it out to be.
