Where was Kedar?

Isaiah 21:16 (ESV)

16 For thus the Lord said to me, “Within a year, according to the years of a hired worker, all the glory of Kedar will come to an end.

Kedar was another north Arabian tribe, known to be shepherds and caravan traders. It is thought that Isaiah used the name Kedar to represent Arabian tribes in general or he mentioned different tribes to show that the judgment on Arabia would be widespread.
