When would a bald person be identified as unclean?
Leviticus 13:42 (ESV)
42But if there is on the bald head or the bald forehead a reddish-white diseased area, it is a leprous disease breaking out on his bald head or his bald forehead.
It is clear, from Leviticus 13:40–41, that baldness is not a symptom of a skin disease. However, if a bald person has a reddish-white mark on his head, he must be inspected by the priest.
