Commentary on Song of Solomon 5:12 (Summary)

Song of Solomon 5:12 (ESV)

12 His eyes are like doves beside streams of water, bathed in milk, sitting beside a full pool.

The husband’s eyes are white, bathed in milk. When you look into his eyes, peace radiates from them. They are like doves sitting quietly beside streams of water. He has found rest with his wife as if sitting beside a brimming pool.
