The opening chapters of Leviticus highlight that God, by his grace, has made provision for the cleansing of sin and its effects. He has done this so that his people might safely enter his presence. Even true followers of the Lord find that they need his gracious provision of cleansing so that they can continue in their devotion to and fellowship with him.
