Les trois premiers versets de ce chapitre constituent un chant de louange à l’Éternel et à son royaume. Ces versets sont écrits à une époque postérieure à ce que nous lisons dans Daniel 4:4–33. Du point de vue temporel, ils se rattachent à Daniel 4:34–37.
