Apocalypse 5:1–14 (NEG79)

1 Puis je vis dans la main droite de celui qui était assis sur le trône un livre écrit en dedans et en dehors, scellé de sept sceaux.

Revelation 5 consists of three parts, each introduced by Then I saw.

  • Revelation 5:1–5 – The One who sits on the throne is holding the scroll.

  • Revelation 5:6–10 – The Lamb is presented as standing at the centre of the throne, worthy to open the scroll.

  • Revelation 5:11–14 – The glorification of the Lamb and the One who sits on the throne.
