Psalm 1
Peter talks about the way of righteousness and how false teachers have departed from it. Psalm 1:1–6 also presents two ways in which we can walk. We can follow the ways of sinners, or we can delight ourselves in God’s law and seek to live in relationship with him. That is the path of blessing. Blessing not necessarily with comfort and peace in the here and now, but blessing due to the fact that those who trust in Christ will not face judgment. We will stand on the day when Christ returns.
