The original text literally reads, Since for by a man death, also by a man resurrection of dead.
By omitting the verbs, Paul lays special emphasis on the words man,
death,
and dead.
Death entered the world by the actions of a man, and therefore a man had to come and undo death. This idea is expounded in Romans 5:12–21.
21 Car, puisque la mort est venue par un homme, c'est aussi par un homme qu'est venue la résurrection des morts.
