How does the one sitting on the cloud respond to the angel?
Revelation (Apocalypse) 14:16 (ESV)
16So he who sat on the cloud swung his sickle across the earth, and the earth was reaped.
John sees Christ Jesus, from his place in the sky, arch back his sickle and swing it through the earth. He responds, in other words, with obedience to the command he received from his Father via the angel (Revelation 14:15).
