What does Mark 6:1–6 reveal about who God the Father is?
From this passage, we learn that God desires to make himself known and help sinful people. God is not someone who has made this world and then left the world to its own devices, as if he is not interested in what happens to people. He cares for the world he has made and the people whom he has made. In the person of Jesus Christ, God the Father has sent us a Chief Prophet who will reveal God to us.
