What do the words “all that I have done for this people” refer to?

Nehemiah (Néhémie) 5:19 (ESV)

19 Remember for my good, O my God, all that I have done for this people.

The immediate context requires us to understand that the phrase all that I have done refers to his waiving the governor’s food allowance (not taking) as well as to his generosity (giving). The net effect upon the people is that they receive space to flourish.
