Matthieu 11:21–22 (NEG79)

21 Malheur à toi, Chorazin! malheur à toi, Bethsaïda! car, si les miracles qui ont été faits au milieu de vous avaient été faits dans Tyr et dans Sidon, il y a longtemps qu'elles se seraient repenties, en prenant le sac et la cendre.

Yes, man is judged not only according to his actions, but also according to what he could have done but refrained from doing. We learn here, therefore, that (a) judgment is coming, (b) people are judged according to the light they have received, and (c) there are differing degrees of condemnation (see Luke 12:47–48).1
