There is some debate as to the identity of the speaker in this final section of the chapter. Some regard the Servant as still speaking in these verses. Others, however, do correctly see the Lord as the speaker. It is characteristic, as also Muilenburg points out, that the shift from third to first person is something characteristic of prophecy.1
