The Servant says that those who would declare him guilty will all wear out like a garment; the moth will eat them up.
What he means is that by a gradual process they will waste away, becoming as threadbare and useless
1 as a worn-out garment, filled with moth holes. For all who fight with the Word of God shall fall and vanish away through their own frailty.
2
9 Behold, the Lord GOD helps me; who will declare me guilty? Behold, all of them will wear out like a garment; the moth will eat them up.
