Some commentators argue that the disciples in view is a reference to Paul and Barnabas. They are filled with joy at seeing Jews and Gentiles come to faith and are eager to continue the work to which they have been called no matter the opposition.1 Others suggests that the disciples are those in Antioch.2 The Greek text does not make it clear who exactly is in view.
