God the Holy Spirit helps me to pray. He leads me to recognise that Jesus Christ is King, and helps me to honour Christ by bringing all my petitions and requests to him. He also helps me to persevere in prayer even if I might not receive an answer or the answer that I expect. Finally, he intercedes on my behalf, asking the Father what I ought to be asking (see Romans 8:26).
