The broad road refers to living in a manner that is agreeable with the general philosophy and patterns of the world.1 The majority of people are found on this way.2 In the context of Jesus’ sermon, he is implying that many of the Jews who respect God and keep his commandment as taught by the leaders of their day are lost.
