Is all worry forbidden by Jesus?

Matthieu 6:31 (NEG79)

31 Ne vous inquiétez donc point, et ne dites pas: Que mangerons-nous? Que boirons-nous? De quoi serons-nous vêtus?

There is a sense in which certain worries are good while others are evil. For example, it is good for Christian believers to be concerned for their fellow brothers and sisters (2 Corinthians 11:28–29), while it is harmful to be focused on the concerns of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth (Matthew 13:22). Jesus is thus not condemning all concern, but the worry that flows out of unbelief, the worry that fosters, and is the fruit of, distrust in God.1
