Your sermon will begin to help God’s people reflect on God’s provision and the allure of money in their life. In contrast to living like pagans, Christians must pursue God’s will for their lives, confident of his provision, as demonstrated in the person and work of Jesus Christ. To help foster this confidence, it will be good to give several examples of godly disciplines and habits that the Christian can pursue.
