Leviticus 26:1–46 explains the blessings and curses tied to Israel's response to the law of God. This is introduced with two commandments from the Decalogue. This highlights the unique nature of Israel’s relationship to the Lord. He redeemed the Hebrews and made them a people for his own possession.
