What are the Israelites permitted to do during the Sabbatical year?

5Tu ne moissonneras point ce qui proviendra des grains tombés de ta moisson, et tu ne vendangeras point les raisins de ta vigne non taillée: ce sera une année de repos pour la terre.
During the sabbatical year, there may be no organized farming. This includes the planting or sowing of crops, or the harvesting of produce. Additionally, the Hebrews may not glean grapes, even from untended orchards.
