Why does the angel repeat his statement of verse 3?
Judges (Juges) 13:5 (ESV)
5for behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. No razor shall come upon his head, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb, and he shall begin to save Israel from the hand of the Philistines.”
The angel here repeats what he said in verse Judges 13:3: “You shall conceive and bear a son.” He does so to make sure that Manoah’s wife has grasped the full import of what he has said.
