The textual outline of Leviticus 13

Lévitique 13:1–59 (NEG79)

1 L'Eternel parla à Moïse et à Aaron, et dit:

Broadly speaking, Leviticus 13:1–59 and Leviticus 14:1–57 deals with serious skin disease in people (Leviticus 13:2–46; Leviticus 14:1–32), clothes (Leviticus 13:47–58), and houses (Leviticus 14:33–53). The priest was provided with detailed procedures of examination. If the diagnosis was not clear, the patient would be quarantined for further observation. In each instance the main case is introduced by the noun + (if) and is followed by two subordinate clauses, introduced by ’im (if).
