8 Ce n'est pas pour tes sacrifices que je te fais des reproches;Tes holocaustes sont constamment devant moi.

God will not dispute about sacrifices in those outward characteristics.1 Truly nothing was missing in the sacrifices that the people made. One need not be concerned about that. But it does not automatically mean that everything is fine (cf. Jeremiah 7:21–26; Hosea 6:6).
