Leviticus 8:6 initiates the ordination ceremony for Aaron and his sons. This ceremony was made up of three parts. The first part consisted of Moses washing Aaron and his sons with water. The second part describes the clothing of Aaron for service. Finally, the priests and the tabernacle were anointed.
