In Acts 3:22–23 we are told that our response to Jesus determines whether or not you belong to God’s people. There are not two peoples of God—not Jews and Christians, not Israel and the church. There are only those who submit to Jesus as the Christ. If you do not recognize him as God’s King, then you are not part of God’s people.
Yes, the Jews had the privilege of receiving more revelation, but even so, if they have rejected Jesus as God’s King, they have no part in his kingdom. There are not two separate peoples of God.
